This machine is used to largely cut down labor intensity,  keep workshop clean and sanitary and keep biscuit quality taste.

Oil measuring and adding machine, used in biscuit factory. When we produce biscuit, we need water, oil and ingredient, and then mixing.This machine is exactly used to add oil from oil container into dough mixers automatically.

Traditionally, water and oil is meausred and added by worker time by time. It is time-waste, heavy labot intensity, and dirty(will make workshop dirty).

However, now , with the patent machine (oil measuring and adding machine), we do not need to add oil by small bucket any more. Workers only need to input data into the SIEMENS system, then start the machine. The machine will measure the water and add water into mixers automatically. Very easy and convenient.

As there is no oil-drop, the workshop is very clean and sanitary. At the same time, factory save much clean cost, too.
